Twise SAS, a start-up specialized in software solutions dedicated to Digital TV and pay-tv products, is extending its activities. Our objective is to build a strong R&D team focused on security for the pay-tv market.
We are currently looking for an Embedded SW Engineer.
Within an experienced SW development team, you will participate in bringing new products on the pay-tv market. Our current team is composed of 8 engineers, backed-up by one office manager and two directors.
Main Missions
Depending on the profile:
- Chipset integration: OS interface, HALs’ & drivers’ development
- Middleware development
- Application development
- Tools development to ease testing, integration, production

Profile
- Software engineer with experience in embedded systems
- Experience in C & Python
- Experience in driver development on Linux (I2C, SPI, USB, NAND) and real time OS
- Comfortable in debugging a real time system without GUI
- Good English level (written & spoken)
- Available for business trips (customers / partners)
- Team player
- Autonomous
Nice to Have
- Git ninja (or at least git notions ;))
- Experience in Digital TV:
- Conditional access such as Irdeto
- DVB, OAD DVB SSU, MPEG TS
- Good knowledge in low-level programming on MIPS architectures
- Experience in VHDL development
- Knowledge in secure SW architectures
- Basics in encryption algorithms
- Able to propose process improvements
- Ready to help on software integration tasks
